How does Compassionate Inquiry Work

The Compassionate Inquiry® approach is a somatic-based psychotherapeutic approach. It offers to help you gain insights into your past experiences and their impact on your present, fostering healing and self-compassion.

Safety

A safe space to the explore of self, the present, and the past. Asking the right question at the right time may help you to identify the underlying, unconscious drivers of behaviour and can unlock a lifetime of suppression to open doorways to connection, expression, creativity, joy and freedom.
